The second release of this full-strength Islay whisky was matured in a combination of first and second fill oloroso sherry casks. The result is an excellent example of Bunnahabhain’s rich, unpeated style packed with chocolate orange, dried fruit and baking spices. A little sea salt cuts through the sweeter notes nicely, leading into a long finish with black pepper and vanilla.

    Just got a bottle of this wonderful bunnahabhain it's full of honey sherry fruits needs a little water and time to bring the favours out lots of mist with a little water just like it's come out of the barrel i love the 12 year old at 46ABV but this malt at 56 .6 ABV works well done bunnahabhain

    Was in the distillery a couple of months ago sampling their 4 cask strength different barrels on the tour. The non peated versions were my favourite and I left the tour with a healthy glow! Will be buying this!
